How do you paste word articles?

Is it possible to paste or copy an entire Word Document including photographs and effects, exactly as formated in Word into a new post?

No.
It is never a good idea to paste from formated documents or sites: you risk adding all sorts of extra code that is useless or will even mess up your blog. Word does not speak HTML.
Pictures must be individually loaded.You could convert your document to a PDF and use that.
