How do you point the wordpress IP address to another blog's IP address?

  Hi, I would like to point the wordpress IP address to a different blog, but keep my registered domain name. How can I do this?

  If you’re registered your domain with WordPress.com, you can’t point it via an IP address to another location. You can only do that for subdomains (excluding WWW).
