How Do you Post A document for people to download?

  I was wondering how i could post a document i have on my wordrpess for people to download?

  If you look at the “browse” box for uploading images you will see the kind of files that you can upload. They are: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, doc, ppt only so if the document is one of those files you can upload it just like it is an image and then your readers can download it.
