How do you post to the Home Page and another page

All of my posts go directly to the Home Page, but what if I want that post to also be under another page? For example, I write about a food topic, I want it on the home page and the Food Page? TIA!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can setup a menu and have that particular topic ( category ) be one of the items in the menu.
