how do you publish a draft to a post?

edited very first post, it was made a draft, want it to be first post of site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi! Go to WP Admin -> Posts -> All Posts -> click on your draft -> click blue Publish button on the right side of the screen.

Thank you Romanbon! But it turns out that the problem is that wp keeps saying that the conformation has not been returned. This happen because the original email address was not complete, so when I re-entered the right address it sent a conformation, and it was confirmed. But it will not take off the original email address mistake, and continues to ask for the conformation to be returned. I have tried everything to fix this… to no avail! If you can help with this it would be greatly appreciated!! I would scrap it, but it says that I can’t use the same domain address again. But I need it, already paid for. the domain name is thespiritway.wordpress.com Please if there is a way for me to continue to use thespiritway, Please let me know. Thank you for your time.
