how do you reach support

I paid for a domain. It is not showing up as anything but a free account. none of the ways to cancel show up either. how does one actually reach a real person?

Hi there, I checked your account linked to gotfitfamily.wordpress.com and I don’t see any transactions related to it. However, I see that someone (perhaps you?) registered http://gotfitfamily.com/ under a different WordPress.com account.
If that’s you, you have a couple of options:
– if you want to cancel, log in under that username and you’ll be able to cancel under Store > Upgrades within the specified timeframe
– if you want to transfer the upgrade to gotfitfamily.wordpress.com, please confirm that by replying to this forum thread from the account that owns the upgrade -

Thank you Jenia! That is exactly what happened! I guess I ended up with a free gotfitfamily.wordpress AND a paid gotfitfamily.com account. I am not quite sure how, but that is where the problem was. I kept waiting for gotfitfamily.wordpress to switch to gotfitfamily.com and didnt know why it wasnt. This is obviously my first time using wordpress as a domain instead of a blog. I just wish there was a way to have a real support with wordpress. It would have taken a 5 minute call instead of a 2 day hunt trying to figure out what was wrong. THANK YOU for your help
