How do you remove a site from WordPress.com list?

    I’ve got an old website that’s no long active and the URL isn’t registered. I want to remove it from WordPress.com > My Sites > WordPress Sites list. I’m the admin and only user of it. When I tried to follow the instructions found online under Tools, it didn’t give me the delete website option.

    I want to delete the site and remove it from the list. Can somebody help me?
