How do you select multiple blocks in order to move them or incorporate them into one list?

  I am writing a post and want to move a number of blocks from the top of the page to a place after other blocks I have written. I am having trouble selecting these blocks so I can move them all together. Is this possible?

  Hi there,

  As you select the part of the text from any article to copy it, the same way you can select two or more blocks and use the arrow icons to move the blocks up and down.
