How do you select the image (using Matala Theme) when sharing on Facebook?

    Hi,

    I’m using the Matala theme. When I click share on FB, it automatically selects an image and text (that doesn’t necessarily correlate to the image) from my post for the link. How do I control what image and text appears when I share on FB please?
