How do you set up a process payment?

If someone wants to join, how do they sign up for a membership through Word Press? Is there a payment process available and if so, what is the cost and what does it entail?

You cannot hand out username accounts and passwords here at wordpress.COM. If that is what you want to do then hire a web host and set up a wordpress.ORG software install.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
