How do you show comments automatically?

  Hi my blog is drjorn.wordpress.com. I want to know if I can automatically reveal my blog comments. I do not want just the word “Comment” at the end of my blog and then people have to click on it to drop down the comments to read. How do I set this up up? Thanks
