How do you start a second blog which is paid for while keeping the free one

    It appears I have to make the first site a subdomain of the second. I’m still unclear if the 2 sites can be separate from each other. Please explain.

    You can add as many separate sites to the same account as you’d like. Some can be free and some can be paid.

    That having been said, I don’t see any paid upgrades in the account you are contacting me from. Is it possible you have another WordPress.com account as well?
