How do you transfer images from one media library to another?

  I would like to transfer images from the library on one of my blogs to my media library on my test blog. Is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thanks for the help kardotim. Before I do anything can I ask when I create the XML file to export “all content” to save to my computer, which contains all of my posts, comments, categories and presumably media library, what happens to the content on the original blog. Is it affected in anyway or does it remain intact. Thanks
