  Hi chairhvsc,

  The domain mapping upgrade for hvsc.co.uk is owned by another user of the site, so growe1234 would need to contact us in order to move this over to another account. They can either reply here or contact us directly:

  We can also help transfer the Premium plan over to a different account with their permission.

  Just adding that it looks like the domain itself is no longer registered so domain mapping will not work. If growe1234 wants to transfer the plan to another account, we can remove the domain mapping upgrade, which will free up the plan credit for registering hvsc.co.uk.
