How do you upload a header image?

  I just started a new class blog using Publication theme, which I have not used before, and I cannot find a way to add a header image or even keep the WordPress default. I have used other themes on WordPress, but I’m finding this one very confusing. Any tips on how to upload the header?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  oops, sorry, wordpress populated the wrong blog. The blog I need help with is https://blogmont.home.blog/

  Ok, it appears that the theme uses the featured photo in the latest blog post as the header. I changed themes. Thanks.
