How do you upload a theme file from my computer?

  I cannot find the link which will allow me to upload my theme file to my wordpress.

  Please advise?

  Hi there, only sites with the WordPress.com Business Plan can upload custom themes: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/uploading-setting-up-custom-themes/

  You can, however, find a wide variety of themes here: https://wordpress.com/themes
