How do you upload an external theme to wordpress and use it?

  How do I upload a theme I downloaded that isn’t from WordPress? All I’ve done is register for a blog with wordpress.

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.
