How do you upload an outside wordpress theme to wordpress?

  I am trying o tupload a theme and am having difficulty. Please advise. I am using the domain mapping. I’ve uploaded my theme to the server. The folder for wp aren’t there. Am I supposed to add them myself? I’ve looked through the message board and watched vixdeos for uploading and each time people speak of the folders that connect to wordpress like they just appear. HELP! :(

  I’m sorry, but because of the way WordPress.com’s infrastructure is designed, we are not able to support the uploading of custom WordPress themes.

  You have a few options if you want to change the theme on your blog. You can select one of our fantastic themes, or you can purchase a Custom Design upgrade that will let you change the look and feel of any of our WordPress.com themes.
