How do you use a plugin? (Pandora)

  I’m trying to download a plugin for the Pandora widget… At least I think I am. o.O I’m completely new to coding and plugins and whatnot, and I was wondering if someone could walk me through how to add the widget to my blog. It came with coding, but I have no idea how to use it…
