How does a viewer view old posts

    My blog is a new blog. One post each week .. my home page is set up so only the post of the week is appearing on the main page. I have four categories set up on the home page. If a viewer clicks on a category old post titles appear. How can I set up my blog so only the current weeks post is visible on the home page but the old posts are able to be viewed if a person clicks on their title which appears when one of the categories is opened.
