How does email work if I transfer to wordpress

  I have a domain and am thinking about tranferring it to wordpress. http://www.earth-ways.co.uk

  I am worried about email being interrupted.
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Once you point your domain here, you’ll ask your email provider for their MX records and apply them to your Custom DNS panel: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/custom-dns/
