  The site you’ve linked to above is marked as Private. Only people you invite to view your site will be able to see your blog posts after you have published them. If you want your blog post made public you need to change the privacy settings. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  Thanks a lot. It is clear enough . The next question is if I want to go public with some posts and reserve others for my invitees; what do I have to do??

  You can, of course, password protect certain posts on your site, but passwords are only as secure as the people who have them.

  In order to have complete control over who sees your content, my suggestion would be to make 2 separate blogs under the same account; one private, one public.
