How does my registrar upload copy of my website to wordpress?

  My registrar, who hosts and maintains my website, is going out of business. They have offered to upload a copy to my new host. I already have wordpress.com premium and would like them to upload my website.

  I don’t see anything that explains how to transfer an existing website to wordpress. I cannot do it. My registrar is in complete control of my website, but they are going out of business. I don’t want my website to go down. They have offered to upload to my chosen host, which is wordpress. Is this possible?

  Can you tell me who your current host is?

  We have several importers which you can find through your dashboard at Tools > Import. If you’re host is listed there, you’ll just need to export the site from your host and import it through the appropriate importer.
