How does new blog owner get ownership of upgrades?

I’ve contacted (email visible only to moderators and staff) and still don’t have ownership of my upgrades. Domain mapping expires this week. Perhaps the community can help where Team WP fails?

I don’t understand what you mean by ownership of upgrades. The person who has username account that registered the blog under it can purchase upgrades directly from the dashboard. That same person logged in under that username account can renew a domain mapping upgrade prior to it expiring from their dashboard. Store > Domains
I have flagged this thread for Staff attention. It’s the weekend so don’t expect an instant response from them. -

Thanks for taking the time to reply. The redacted email above was to upgrades staff. Ownership of upgrades seems to be different from ownership of blog. This from Ran with WordPress to former owner of the blog last week: “You can transfer a site to a new owner through the dashboard. I can then transfer ownership of the upgrade.” We’re still awaiting the latter. Perhaps your flag to staff will help get their attention? -
Sorry for the delay, our Upgrades department will take care of this as soon as they can.
