How does one access the dashboard panels of other blogs through your main blog'?
-
I have three hidden blogs and one main blog. I am at my wit’s end trying to go into the dashboards of my other hidden blogs because i would like to delete them but am stuck in the main dashboard of my main blog. Can anyone advise?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

On the dashboard, look for the heading My blogs in the left sidebar. Click on that, and you’ll see all the blogs you own and/or to which you’ve been added as a contributor.
If I may make the suggestion, set the blogs to private rather than deleting. Once you’ve deleted one it will be impossible to ever use that URL again. It’s also a good idea to have a spare blog you can use to test out new themes and such and you can use another as a backup for your main blog by periodically importing posts to it. But it’s up to you.

Hi Kokkieh. Thanks for helping me and for your suggestion. However your comment does not explain how to ‘get into’ my other dashboards so that I can delete them and without being confused between the main dashboard and the dashboard of the blogs I would like to delete. I did notice what you said even before you mentioned it here. The problem is how do you get in and not be confused. Hope you can understand what I mean. Many thanks Sir.

To delete a free hosted WordPress.COM blog you must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered a blog to delete the blog. To prevent accidental or inadvertent deletion of blogs, there are multiple warnings given that blog deletion is permanent and irreversible. Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and must be clicked to delete a blog. If clicking that link does not work then copy and paste it into your upper browser window and click.

Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/Alternatively, to change blog visibility to private go to > Settings > Reading scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 3 . See the guide here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
As I posted above you must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and delete it.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If required please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
