How does one actually get hold of a human if you have a business account

Company I work for has a business account and added me as an admin to the site. Every time I try to follow the links for chatting with a ‘happiness engineer’ (right now, seems this is designed to be a process designed to upgrade simple frustration to rage), it dumps me back in the forums. Is there some juju for actually speaking to a human (even if only by email) or am I stuck having to find another hosting-provider?

Awesome: looks like, because I have a personal (free) wordpress account, the WordPress login system is automatically associating all of my support/forum actions with my free account rather than the business account.
Translation: no, I am *not* looking for help with the ‘ferricoxide.wordpress.com’ account.

Only in this cases you’ll be able to chat with a Happiness Engineer, the free plans dumps you to the forum.Regards.

Oof… We’re a small company. Owner did all of the hosted account purchases and then added appropriate parties as admins. Kind of hamstringing if the admins can’t use the paid support components (since the owner neither has the time nor knowledge-base to open/track issues).

Hi there,
I can confirm that only the user on a site that owns the upgrades can access chat support at this stage. We might change that going forward, but at the moment our system is unable to route a user to chat if that user doesn’t own the upgrade.
However, I will send you an email from our support email address. Then you can use that address to contact us directly via email.
