Don’t’ enable the Follow Blog widget on that blog.
Don’t enable the ability to follow comments on posts on the Discussion Settings page of that blog.

Thank you! But what if I want a “certain” audience? My main blog is general, the secondary is basically a photo blog and the third is one where I write stuff that I’d never talk about. :-)

then open a second account with a name that is not related to your real name or any name or nickname you use – then transfer the blog to the new account –
