How does one put a question to Howdy about how to cancel a mistake by WordPress.

Howdy how can we help? is not allowing me time to put the question.
Wordpress mistakenly transferred me to a redundant site of mine, which caused me to upgrade on it and therefore to cancel. WordPress is also not allowing me to fully update my present credit card, which, obviously, is not in my billing history.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
