How does publicizing your post work?

    I connected my LinkedIn, Twitter , Facebook and Tumblr accounts to my WordPress account hoping that it would auto-post my post on these platforms. However, when I checked these platforms my post wasn’t there.

    Please clarify as to whether I have understood the working of this function correctly or not.

    Yep, that’s how it should work :)

    One thing to keep in mind: Only new posts will be pushed out to your social networks. Your previously published posts won’t be shared.

    So, try publishing a new post, and see if that gets shared.
