How does the search work?

    I am getting complaints from site visitors that they can’t find posts when searching for text that appears in the comments.
    I assumed that the search would search all of the site content – pages, posts and comments. I have tried searching for text that I know exists in comments and had ‘Nothing Found’ returned. This is really disappointing as most of the site’s textual content is in the comments……..any thoughts?
