How evebody can subscribe directly to my blog?

I would like all users of my blog ‘métierstraditionnelsconstruction.com’ be able to subscribe directly to my blog. Does the ‘Premium WordPress’ allows it?

Provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog go to > Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets
