  My theme is Twenty Twelve with CSS
  How do I get rid of the line [n] “thoughts on” [page/post name]?” appearing before the comments section on every post/page. Example my blog>Home has “2 thoughts on Home”

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
