How have most recent comments at top?

  When someone currently adds a comment to one of my pages it is added to the bottom.

  How can I have it so the newest comments are at the top?

  If my theme (Hemingway) does not allow it, is there another theme that does allow it?

  For clarity, I mean top of comments (not top of page).

  I just want comments to display as newest (top) to oldest (bottom).
