  Hi there,

  Please read the below support document to get know how to add a social links menu.
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/social-links-menu/

  Once you add the links in your social menu as stated in above support document, icons for your social links will automatically appear under the heart icon in the header when clicked.
