  How can I add more menu and how I can change the name of menu?

  Now I have blog and about. but I want to change the name and add one more menu.

  Can I change that with CSS?

  Please let me know the tip!

  You mean the little tabs at the top of your site? They’re called Pages and you can go to:

  Dashboard > Manage > Pages

  And you can create new Pages there.
