  You cannot at wordpress.com. It is not allowed and if you do your site could be suspended or deleted.

  I have purchased domain from wordpress and now its not wordpress.com
  then tell me its not allowed?

  It is not the domain name it is where the blog is hosted – you still can’t change the footer – even the VIP sites must keep the footer and they start at $ 20,000/year –

  You would have to move completely off of wordpress.COM and self-host a site. The domain upgrade is just that: your blog here appears with the new domain name, but it is still hosted here at wordpress.com and all the restrictions still apply.
