How I can configure sub domain?

  I have create domain and mapped to my blog also. (this is my domain http://shareourideas.com/)

  But when I try to access using sub domain it is redirecting to http://shareourideas.com/ only.

  For example use this URL http://subdomain.shareourideas.com/

  Now I want to configure my another blog with subdomain!! . is ther any chance to do this?

  Let me check I understand, you have a donain mapped blog http://shareourideas.com/ and you want to keep that blog and have anotehr blog at subdomain.shareourideas.com

  I haven’t done it but I think it should be possible by:

  1) Setting up a subdomain using CNAME records in the domain for the main blog
  2) Purchasing a domain upgrade for your subdomain blog and configure it to point to the subdomain.

  I have been trying to do this as well. I would like to make a subdomain for http://johnjonelis.com/ which is part of wp dot com, and use tha as subdomain example.johnjonelis.com as another wp blog. How does one configure the CNAME record for on wordpress to define a subdomain?
