Sorry, but you cannot install your own plugins on WordPress.com. You would need to install you own copy of http://wordpress.org on your own server to do so: http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
On the other hand, you can still upload videos and audio files using our Space and VideoPress upgrades.
