How I can download the files completely?

    I just bought bluehost and want to import the data to my new site.
    I downloaded my data through tool> export
    However, the date didn’t import to new sites, but it becomes another page.
    the customer support from Bluehost said the data is not complete.
    Anyone can help to advise how can I download my page completely?Thanks

    Hi there,

    It’s not possible to download a WordPress.com site completely.

    We only offer a standard WordPress export file, which only exports posts, pages and comments on your site. That can be imported using the WordPress importer plugin at WP-Admin ->Tools ->Import on the new site.

    But your theme, site settings, etc, cannot be migrated in this way. Those you’ll need to set up from scratch on the new site at Bluehost.
