  Hi there, the account you are posting from is 4 days old. You should see the refund in your Billing History https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/ however there is a chance that if you cancelled immediately after purchase the charge may simply have been reversed.

  If it did go through, it can take around 7-10 business days (longer if you are outside the US) depending on the processing time at your financial institution before you’ll see the refund and it will be returned to the same payment method you used to purchase the upgrade.

  If it takes longer than that time period (min 7-10 days), please check with your financial institution directly.
