All issues of this nature are between yourself and the search engines. We cannot help you with them. http://en.support.wordpress.com/search-engines/

When was the last time you published a post, not a page
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

If you are not publishing anything then why would you think your blog could rank at all?

Search engines are not attracted to static sites. Pages do not have RSS feeds and cannot have categories and tags assigned to them because they are for content that rarely changes.

What attracts search engines is unique content in posts, not pages that cannot be found anywhere else on the internet. Start now publishing original content posts frequently two or even three times weekly. For more information read > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2010/01/21/omg-i-cant-find-my-blog-on-google/

To verify blog ownership of a WordPress.com blog with the major search engines you must use this process > http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
Note: Even if you do not verify the blog the content will be indexed by search engines so don’t feel panicky about this please.

Note also that WordPress.com automatically supplies sitemaps for our blogs to search engines – we do nothing. http://en.support.wordpress.com/sitemaps/#xml-sitemaps-for-search-engines

Your blog does not have a pagerank displaying at this time. N/A (not available) – it is not possible to show any pagerank now.

The N/A pagerank (grey pagerank bar) might be due to one of the following reasons:
    (1) the web page is new, and it is not indexed by Google yet,
    (2) the web page is indexed by Google, but it is not ranked yet,
    (3) the web page was indexed by Google long ago, but it is recognized
as a supplemental (Supplemental Results) page,
    (4) the web page or the whole website is banned by Google.
In order to make sure your web site is not banned by Google, you can search Google for your site’s address. If the address is in the search results, this means the site is NOT banned.

For any other information your need to use your Google webmasters account and contact Google Staff.
