how I can increased the Traffic on the blog!

Hi all,
I know that I am asking very silly question from you ,but from last 20 days I am doing blogging and really I am enjoying it .my blog is http://www.undergroundhackers.wordpress.com .Here I am giving that link not for that you click on it and blog view will increase ,but when I open my blog and check my views it seems like same as when a shopkeeper see his customer list of a day .
Don’t mind it my English is not so well .so I Want to know that there are any way by which I can increase the traffic of my blog..“I don’t know anything ,But want to know every thing”
