How I can Install Downloaded Themes

  it the http://www.smashingmagazine.com was presented many beautiful and FEREE themes
  say me please: how I can Install them to my existing blog

  in the Administration Panels > Presentation -> themes i can not see button as load new them from comp

  Please help me!!!!!!

  You cannot at wordpress.com. You are limited to the themes shown under presentation > themes.
