How can I export my content to make a complete backup (with images and pdf)?

  i want to install a wordpress in my server but i dont know how to make a complete backup from my blog.

  You can export your blog content through your Blog Tools in your admin panel (Blog Tools > Export). Our export ONLY exports your posts, pages, comments, categories, and tags; uploads and images may need to be manually transferred to the new blog.
