i have made an website on wordpress. i have made it free with subdomain of wordpress.CAN i make this website like a social media site ,where my community members can make their ids and chat with each other .Is it possible or notif possible then how ?

WordPress.com has a particular type of theme that can be the right one for you. It’s called P2 and has a number of interesting features such as inline comments, a posting form right on the homepage, inline editing of posts and comments, real-time updates, and much more.

You can ‘chat’ with people by responding to their comments with another comment. Users can create their own profile on WordPress.com or commenting with any other profile they’ve got (social media accounts etc).
You can also invite people to your website by following these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/.
If you’d like to create a community within your website, I’d suggest that the best way is to ask your users to create their own WordPress.com account. They won’t have a subdomain directly related to your website, however they’ll have their personal account page/profile (just like yours which is connected to your website) and the option of creating their website or blog here on WordPress.com.

You can’t have any form of advertising on a free hosted WordPress.com blog.
The alternatives you’ve got for monetising your website are the following:
- Be featured into the WordAds program that includes high traffic blogs that qualify for the program;
- Get a VIP WordPress.com account
- Manage your own hosted WordPress installation with WordPress.ORG, which gives you much liberty in advertising. Here’s the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.

I think that it’s totally up to you. WordPress.com websites are flexible enough to grant you many elements and functionalities for creating a website for your new startup project.
Depending of the nature of the startup, you might require certain features, so I suggest you to keep in mind what you need from a website before creating a new one. For example, if you need the ecommerce feature, WordPress.com could not be the right platform for you as the ecommerce feature is not available at the moment. This is a five steps list of elements you might need to keep in mind when creating your new website :)
As regards for the possibility of using your current website as a tourism business ones, you can totally pivot it! See if you’d like to keep the same site URL address, or change it (here are the instructions for doing it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/). Browse the theme repository in case you’d like to change the layout too.
