How I can modify my code to access CSS ?

  I have now a trial premium version. I want to modify the padding of my site branding in sela theme. But I have a first big problem. When I enter in appearance/personalize/CSS I can do nothing. This is not a CSS entrance. I only have a welcoming message, but where is my css code?
  If I can not see my css code, how can I modify it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’d recommend using the methods described in our guide to How to Find Your Theme’s CSS. That approach will help you find the CSS that’s used in your theme and find the CSS you need to make a change to your site’s design.
