How I can noindex just one post from my blog
Blog url: http://marxmus.wordpress.com/The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Making the post visibility “private” will do that.
Private – Posts are only visible to blog Editors and Administrators. Private posts are not visible in the Reader, feeds, or in any search. A post can be private without being password protected. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/

Thanks for quick response
I asked for the next reason, some web magazine asked me to publish my next post only at their website. According to their belief if I will post same text/content at my blog and at their website , google search engine will “kick out” on of it’s origin. So they asked if I can ” noindex” this post at my blog. Are they right in their belief, if yes is it possible to do it ?
I still want that my readers will be able to read this post when they get to my blog , thay din’t have to get to this post by google…Sorry for the very long explanation/question…
Thanks again

They are correct with regard to duplicate content.
On this multiuser blogging platform we can only do what I already posted. -

You can’t. You will have to leave WordPress.com and hire a web host in order to have that level of granularity.
You might simply password-protect the post and put the password in an alert or text widget. Or write a post directing people to the magazine.

Thanks.
Do you know, in case that the same content appear on 2 websites how Google search engine decide which origin to kick out ?
Thanks again

If you neither set it to Private nor Password-protect it, search engines will penalize BOTH blogs. If I had to guess which they penalize more, I’d say the second one to post it.
