How I can solve this mapping problem ?
-
I already have a domain name (vousavezditbienetre.com) registered with WordPress. What I want to do, is to match this domain name with “vouavezditbienetre.wordpress.com”.
I know, it was an error on my part to add domain name “vousavezditbienetre.com” before creating “vouavezditbienetre.wordpress.com”.
Would you tell me, please, how I can correct this situation ?
Thank you for all.
P.S. Sorry if my english is not very good, I am a French speaker…

Bonjour! Votre anglais est très bon. :-)
The domain vousavezditbienetre.com appears to be unregistered currently. When you say it’s already registered, could you provide more detail, since I can’t find it in our system, and the whois domain database shows it as unregistered? Is the spelling correct?
You should be able to purchase it by going under Store > Domains – entering it in the text box, and following the instructions from there.

If you need more help just let me know.

I have the same problem… I can’t register my domain name http://incentive-vendee.com buy with the wordpress yesterday. On the add domain form, the button “register” is not clickable.

pierrefraser – it looks like your domain vouzavezditbienetre.com was mapped to pierrefraser.wordpress.com by mistake. I’ve moved it so that it’s now connected to vousavezditbienetre.wordpress.com instead.
relaistouristes – you’re being assisted in another thread, please continue there.
