How I can use as admin my 3 blogs again?

I am the creator of 3 blogs and I lost my password and key and code.. sorry I can not use my blog as admin. Please help me. (My English is weak.)

I’m going to tag WordPress.com staff to confirm the account who owns the websites, and then we can work from there. They’ll likely respond within a few hours.
