  Hi,

  If your theme supports the feature, then the Custom Colors support page is where to go for relevant information and instructions.

  From the Getting Started section of the support page:

  To find out if a theme has Custom Colors support, activate the theme and go to My Site(s) → Design → Customize. There will be a note on that page if the theme does not support Custom Colors.
